Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for all bespoke made items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
2. Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Items that have been personalized or customized
Items that have been damaged by the customer
Items that have been used

5. Additional Information
Please note that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides additional rights for consumers in the UK. These rights include the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you believe that your bespoke made item does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Shipping policy

All hats are made to order and are making starts when the order is placed and payment is received.

The making can take up to 4 days and will be dispatched once completed.

Shipping in the UK will be done by courier on no more than 48hrs service.

Expectation is up to 7 days from order to delivery.

Delivery costs will be shown at check out, and due tothe size of the box and value reciept will require a signature.

Orders to destinations outside of the UK will take longer to deliver depending on location.
